Highlight Genesis Menu Parent when on Sub-Menu Page

I noticed when I was building the new Silver-Logic website in Genesis that when I would visit a sub-page (as setup in my Menu in WP) the main parent nav label wouldn’t be active anymore. I had noticed previously that when I was on a sub-page and I went to hover on the corresponding sub-menu THAT would be highlighted which I had turned off via CSS. I am guessing that is default functionality of Genesis. Well I am nit picky and I wanted my main menu items to stay highlighted when on a sub page. So after MUCH searching and trial and error I came up with the following that you add to your CSS:

header .genesis-nav-menu > .current-menu-ancestor > a {
    color: #FFF !important;
    border-bottom: 3px solid #FFF;
}

And bob’s your uncle you are all good.
